Charlottesville Guide is a “Welcome Resource” started by two UVA students in 1984. In the four decades since then it has emerged as a revered hospitality brand in what we think is America’s #1 college town. 

Each Fall we proudly publish the annual Dining Guide to Charlottesville. 

With deep roots in the Charlottesville restaurant community, we launched Food Tours by Charlottesville Guide in 2022 and today host 3 tours about town:

• The UVA Corner Food Tour

• The Downtown Mall Food Tour

• The Dairy Market Food Tour

We also specialize in customized tours, from neighborhood walking tours to private chef tables, and pride ourselves in matching our expertise with specific needs of private groups.
